Kerja Sepenuh Masa LEGAL ADVISOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di Dynac Engineering Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and operational matters relating to the Company's business.

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, joint venture agreements and project contracts.

- Review contracts and legal documentation involving Oil & Gas clients, main contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.

- Advise management on contractual obligations, legal risks, claims, variations, extensions of time, liquidated damages and payment disputes.

- Support tender submissions and review contractual terms and conditions for project-related business.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian laws, regulations and relevant industry requirements.

- Handle contractual disputes, claims, litigation and arbitration matters, including liaison with external solicitors.

- Provide advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and other legal matters as required.

- Prepare legal opinions, risk assessments and reports for management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent recognised qualification.

- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, engineering, construction, manufacturing or project-based industries.

- Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation and risk management.

- Familiarity with Malaysian commercial law and Oil & Gas contractual requirements.

- Experience in handling contractual claims, disputes, litigation or arbitration will be an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to management.
