Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and nurturing leads for the firm’s legal services. The Business Development Executive will manage client relationships, support account management activities, and collaborate with lawyers to align business strategies with practice areas. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, coordinating outreach campaigns (including social media initiatives), and tracking performance metrics. The role also requires attending client meetings, networking events, and other business-related engagements to strengthen the firm’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the firm’s client base.
• Strong Business acumen to understand legal service offerings and market dynamics.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage confidently with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads and preparing reports.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional services environment.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services business development role is an advantage.
