We are hiring a Demand & Supply Manager / Senior Manager on a fixed-term contract to cover a planned leave of the Head of Demand and Supply. This is a fixed-term contract position for approximately 6 to 9 months. You will keep day-to-day delivery running across Demand and Supply (PHC), so riders, drivers and partners stay well served while the Head is away.

Zig by ComfortDelGro (CDG) is Singapore's ride-hailing platform. This role sits at the centre of the marketplace: balancing rider demand with driver supply through incentives, campaigns, partnerships and fleet levers.

Job Responsibilities :

Demand

• Run rider promotions, incentives and campaigns within agreed budgets, and report on performance and ROI.
• Track ridership, app engagement and corporate account KPIs weekly, and flag trends or issues early.
• Prepare demand plans for peak periods and events with the Pricing and Planning team.
• Support corporate and B2B account initiatives with the relevant teams.
• Work with the Marketing team on rider communications and partner campaigns.

Supply

• Run driver incentive programmes within budget, adjusting them to keep supply and demand balanced.
• Monitor fleet availability, utilisation, reliability and SLA adherence, and act on gaps.
• Oversee daily virtual fleet and Zig operations, including onboarding, retention and compliance of driver-partners.
• Raise operational risks such as safety, fraud and service quality, and follow company policy and local regulations.

Across the role

• Support partnership work, such as co-funded promos and driver or rider perks, through to launch, with sign-off from the Head.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Data Analytics, Finance and Operations to deliver campaigns and fixes.
• Prepare decks and updates for business reviews, leadership meetings and other regular reporting.
• Manage and coach team members day to day.
• Escalate strategic, budget and regulator-related decisions rather than deciding them alone.
• Keep a clear log of decisions and open items so the Head can step back in smoothly.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Transport Planning or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in demand or supply operations, growth, campaigns or project management, ideally in a mobility, logistics or consumer platform business.
• Strong stakeholder and project manager: coordinates multiple teams and partners, keeps work on track, and communicates clearly with senior leaders.
• Comfortable working with data: confident with large datasets in Excel and SQL, and able to turn numbers into decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when running promotions, incentives and reports with budgets attached.
• Experience managing promotions or incentive programmes against a budget, with a view of ROI.
• Experience managing or coaching a team, or leading work through others, in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on and reliable, with good judgement on what to decide and what to escalate.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Singapore's transport ecosystem and landscape, ideally in ride-hailing, taxi or private hire.
• Prior exposure to a customer promos, driver incentives, payments, or support function at a ride-hailing or delivery platform.
