We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Employment Agent to independently generate business and manage recruitment activities. This role offers autonomy to leverage your client network and collaborate with our platform to deliver tailored talent solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage client accounts to identify recruitment opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Build and sustain strong relationships with employers and candidates to facilitate successful placements
Analyze client hiring needs and deliver targeted talent solutions that meet organizational objectives
Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
Coordinate recruitment processes including interview scheduling and candidate onboarding to ensure smooth hiring outcomes
Collaborate effectively with our company platform to enhance your headhunting activities and expand reach
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Singapore employment regulations to maintain legal and ethical standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development and sales skills to grow client base
Possess an existing client network to accelerate business generation (highly preferred)
Bring experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales to enhance candidate sourcing and client engagement
Exhibit confident communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals
Show self-driven ability to generate and manage income based on performance outcomes
