Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, F&B or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Comfortable approaching customers and promoting products.
- Good product presentation and consultation skills.
- Able to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages are an added advantage..
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist customers in understanding their needs and recommending suitable F&B equipment and products.
- Introduce and explain product features, functions, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional product consultations.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers when required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store sales performance.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and assist in developing new customer opportunities.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitors' products.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Perform other sales duties assigned by management.
