Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Technical and Cabling Technician (Pahang) di Gloo Pahang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned customer sites to perform maintenance support and issue verification;
• Conduct basic troubleshooting, inspection and fault diagnosis of CCTV, NVR, network devices, access control systems, UPS and related infrastructure, including checking and verifying system and equipment status, connectivity, power supply and physical conditions
• Prepare and submit site verification and diagnostic reports;
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors for issue escalation and follow-up actions;
• Maintain accurate service records and support project documentation;
• Provide 24x7 standby/on-call support when required;
• Ensure project works are completed and compliance with safety, accuracy, quality, on schedule and customer service standards in accordance with client requirements during site visits;
• Perform the assembly, installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical wiring, networking cabling, structured cabling and related network infrastructure at customer sites.
• Perform repair and maintenance works for related systems and equipment;
• Assist in carrying out projects and site works and provide technical assistance for other related technical issues as assigned by the Management/Superior;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in PW2/PW3/ PW4/ Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, maintenance, or field service operations.
• Relevant wiring and networking experience in the related field is required for this position
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, surveillance systems, IP networking, switches, SD-WAN, access control, and security systems.
• Able to perform onsite troubleshooting and work independently.
• Possess own transport and able to travel outstation, nationwide within Malaysia.
• Ability to work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
