Available Positions & Salary

1. Sales Executive

• Basic Salary: RM3,000
• Travelling Allowance: RM800
• Additional meal allowance and sales commission

2. Sales Manager

• Basic Salary: RM4,000
• Travelling Allowance: RM1,000
• Additional meal allowance and sales commission

Attractive commission and allowances are offered in addition to the basic salary, subject to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to understand their needs and implement sales and promotional strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and business growth.
• Prepare daily work summaries, sales reports, and work plans for management review.
• Monitor sales channels, distribution networks, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and new product developments.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market needs to the company to improve products and services.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Planning Department on marketing campaigns, brand promotions, customer events, and public relations activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, Business Studies, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience; candidates with relevant sales management experience are encouraged to apply for the Manager position.
• Result-oriented, proactive, self-disciplined, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good computer skills and the ability to prepare detailed sales reports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to travel frequently, travel at short notice, and relocate if required.
• Knowledge of car battery installation and battery recharging processes will be an added advantage.
