Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting in accordance with assigned job orders and established service procedures.
• Ensure all servicing and repair work is performed in accordance with company quality standards, technical specifications and safety requirements.
• Identify additional repair or maintenance requirements and promptly report them to the Service Advisor.
• Complete assigned tasks within the expected timeframe and provide accurate updates on work progress and completed repairs.
• Protect customer vehicles during servicing and repairs by using appropriate fender covers, seat covers and floor mats.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and conduct thorough inspections to minimise repeat repairs, rework and customer complaints.
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and safe, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and handled.
• Maintain company-issued tools in good working condition and promptly report any loss, damage or malfunction.
• Comply with all workshop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines and operational requirements to prevent accidents, injuries and damage to vehicles or property.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training, self-learning and exposure to new automotive technologies.
• Participate in all required technical training programmes, briefings and team meetings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate workshop documentation, technical reports, service records and equipment inventories within the required deadlines.
• Demonstrate professionalism through consistent attendance, punctuality, discipline, cooperation and teamwork.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by the Technical Advisor, Head of Department or Management.

• Deliver reliable, high-quality workmanship while minimising repeat repairs, rework and comeback cases.
• Complete assigned servicing and repair jobs efficiently and within the expected turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate, complete and timely technical records and workshop documentation.
• Consistently comply with workshop SOPs, technical procedures and occupational safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment, with proper care and management of tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate consistent punctuality, good attendance, discipline, responsibility and a positive work attitude.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve workshop productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute positively to the overall efficiency and performance of the service department.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
