Your responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs, priorities and financial goals.

• Explain suitable solutions clearly so clients can make informed decisions.

• Manage follow-ups, documentation and ongoing client service.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.

• Participate in training and work with senior consultants to develop your knowledge and skills.

• Meet applicable licensing, compliance and professional standards.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in sales, business development or a client-facing role.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to listen carefully.

• Initiative and discipline in managing outreach and follow-ups.

• Resilience when facing rejection and a willingness to learn from feedback.

• Integrity and care when handling client information and recommendations.

• An interest in financial planning and a willingness to complete the required training and examinations.
