Job Description:

• Managing the end-to-end New Business journey, ensuring timely and compliant execution, providing a positive and seamless customer journey. 
• Driving collaboration across underwriting, sales, regulatory and operational teams to resolve bottlenecks and meet service level agreements.  
• Acting as a key point of contact within your assigned channel, ensuring clear communication and proactive case updates to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Monitor case progress and performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process optimization. 
• Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction. 
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team culture. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in insurance or financial services, with some experience in case management or client servicing roles.
