Overview

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance. As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all new business matters relating to new policies.

Job Description

  • Overseeing and establishing daily operational objectives for the department
  • Examine and resolve complex issues that lack clear historical precedents
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for team members to deliver technical guidance and mentorship
  • Manage High Net Worth portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance
  • Deliver routine performance metrics and updates to executive leadership regarding team outcomes
  • Liaison between distribution channels and underwriters on pre-issuance and post-issuance transactions as well as enquiries
  • Work closely with relevant department on all new business matters relating to High-Net-Worth policies

Working Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience

Education

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management or other relevant fields
