Kelayakan

  • Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Good documentation, data entry, and filing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good attention to detail and time management.
  • Able to liaise with authorities, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Willing to learn licensing, permit applications, and regulatory procedures for food products and medical devices.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist in preparing and submitting applications for product licences, permits, registrations, and notifications related to food products and medical devices.
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain regulatory documents, certificates, product labels, and supporting records.
  • Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and external parties in Mandarin and English regarding applications and documentation.
  • Follow up on application status, renewals, approvals, and outstanding documents to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in coordinating import permits and related documentation for overseas products.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support internal departments in obtaining the necessary documents and information for product registration and compliance.
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
