Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify, approach and secure new distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions and commercial agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Marketing

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns and activation programmes.
• Manage digital marketing, social media and brand communication.
• Work closely with designers and agencies on marketing materials.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Generate innovative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and sales.

Business Development & Operations

• Help build the business from the ground up.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Support new product launches and expansion initiatives.
• Be willing to wear multiple hats in a startup environment.

Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
