• To organize and manage finished goods shipments via container from Johor Plant to destination ports in target countries (Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan).
• To achieve service level and cost efficiency targets for all logistics activities.
• Plan & Propose shipping schedules aligned with market - triggered replenishment orders.
• Manage end-to-end container shipment from the Plant to the destination port
• Handle and ensure accuracy of all shipping documentation throughout the process.
• Serve as the key liaison between Knauf market teams, Knauf Malaysia team and Freight forwarders.
• Verify freight costs through pre-invoicing & invoice validation
• Monitor and control freight expenditure by driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate loading activities at the plant in line with vessel departure schedules to minimize disruption in warehouse and container yard operations.
• Provide regular reports on logistics activities and performance to ensure effective collaboration between the plant and export markets.
• Act as the primary contact for handling claims from export markets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar field.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field

Proven experience in international container shipping in mandatory

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred)
