Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations ofthe restaurant and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate and manage therestaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of foodquality, service, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle customer feedback andresolve issues professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, trainingand performance.
• Monitor sales, inventory, wastageand operating costs.
• Work closely with the kitchen andservice teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Lead by example and create apositive, energetic working environment.

Requirements

• Minium 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Energetic, positive and outgoing personality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on and willing to work alongside the team during busy periods.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
