Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Plan daily food preparation and ensure ingredients are available and properly stored.

Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.

Monitor food stock, check ingredient quality, and minimise food wastage.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely food service.

Assist in menu planning and introduce new dishes where required.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff on cooking methods, hygiene, and safe work practices.

Monitor portion sizes and food costs to support efficient kitchen operations.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.

Handle customer feedback professionally and take corrective action when required.

Support the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in managing daily kitchen activities.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to company standards.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in Prata Flipping
