Role Description

The Marketing Associate role is a contract, on-site position based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. In this role, the Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with brand initiatives, and help coordinate promotional activities across various channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials and presentations, supporting sales and business development efforts, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, timely project delivery, and alignment with Alturian’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, analysis of market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills, including support for campaign execution, lead generation activities, and basic understanding of branding and positioning.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in marketing, business, or a related field, preferably within investment, finance, or corporate environments.
• Proficiency with common marketing tools and office software (e.g., presentation tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or marketing platforms) is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
