TTRacing is the brand behind the gaming chairs and desks trusted by the world's leading gamers, creators, and professionals. As we expand our product range across new markets and categories, we're looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to help shape products that look great, feel right, and hold up to hours of real-world use.
You'll be a key part of a lean product team, taking concepts from first sketch through to mass production while working closely with engineering, marketing, and our manufacturing partners.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of new chairs, desks, and accessories from research and concept through to production-ready design.
- Translate user insights, ergonomics, and market trends into clear design directions and product briefs.
- Produce sketches, renderings, 3D CAD models, and presentation materials for internal reviews and launches.
- Define CMF (colour, material, finish) specifications that fit brand, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
- Work with engineers and OEM/ODM factories on DFM, prototyping, tooling reviews, and sample approvals.
- Build and test prototypes, and refine designs based on ergonomic testing and user feedback.
- Keep design documentation, specifications, and files organized and up to date.
- Mentor junior designers and help raise the bar on our design standards and processes.
What you'll get
- Basic Salary starting from RM4,500, depending on experience and capability.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions as per Malaysian employment standards.
- Medical benefits and annual leave.
- Your designs in the hands of gamers, creators, and professionals across multiple markets.
- Opportunities to grow into roles such as Lead Designer or Design Manager as the team and company scale.
- A collaborative, no-red-tape environment where your ideas go from sketch to shelf.
Who we'd love to meet
- Has 4+ years of industrial or product design experience, ideally in furniture, consumer products, or hardware.
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showing products taken from concept to mass production.
- Proficient in 3D CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and rendering tools (e.g. KeyShot); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Solid understanding of ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing processes (e.g. injection moulding, metalwork, upholstery).
- Communicates clearly — able to present ideas and explain design decisions to non-design colleagues and suppliers.
- Proactive, takes ownership, and cares about the details that make a product feel right.
If you love turning ideas into products people use every day, we'd love to meet you.
