Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Coordinate and schedule physical and virtual interviews based on interviewers’ availability.
• Facilitate interview arrangements on interview days, including photocopying and verifying documents where required.
• Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Notify unsuccessful candidates via email.

HR Administration

• Assist in preparing and issuing employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.

Employee Engagement & Events

• Support the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and HR events.
• Coordinate event logistics, participant registrations, and event communications.
• Assist with employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.

Other Duties

• Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
