Job Description:

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and understand clients' short- and long-term financial objectives.
• Develop and present appropriate wealth management and financial planning strategies.
• Advise clients on relevant financial solutions in accordance with their needs and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, prospecting and relationship-building activities.
• Conduct client presentations and meetings with confidence and professionalism.
• Build and maintain a strong personal network and pipeline of prospective clients.
• Monitor clients' changing circumstances and provide ongoing advice and reviews.
• Stay informed about financial markets, wealth management strategies, products and regulatory developments.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure all advisory activities meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals where appropriate to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
