A Beautician provides professional beauty and personal care services to customers, helping them improve their appearance, skin condition, and overall grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide facial treatments, skincare services and basic beauty treatments.

* Assess customers’ skin condition and recommend suitable treatments and products.

* Perform cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masks and other facial procedures.

* Provide eyebrow shaping, waxing, hair removal and other grooming services where required.

* Operate beauty equipment and treatment machines safely and correctly.

* Explain treatment procedures, benefits and aftercare instructions to customers.

* Recommend and sell suitable skincare and beauty products.

* Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilise tools and equipment after use.

* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and ensure supplies are properly stocked.

* Maintain customer treatment records and appointment information.

* Provide professional customer service and respond to customers’ concerns.

* Follow workplace safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.

* Assist with salon operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
