About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Brand Executive to support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and marketing activations across our confectionery portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on marketing campaigns, brand activations, creative projects and consumer engagement, and wants to build a career in FMCG brand management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of brand campaigns and marketing activities.
• Coordinate brand activations, events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate the development, production and distribution of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).
• Work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support market, consumer and competitor analysis to identify relevant trends and opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing marketing reports and presentations.
• Support brand-related projects, product launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on campaign timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Willing to travel for brand activations, events and marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Food Science, Biotechnology, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing/brand experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in FMCG, branding, marketing and consumer products.
• Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Portfolio is required. Applicants may submit a portfolio showcasing relevant marketing, design, campaign, social media or academic projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Possess own transport.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently as well as with a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
