Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.

Experience managing a fast-food or high-volume restaurant is an advantage.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Good numerical and cost-control skills.

Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Office.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Working Hours: 2 Shift Time

Lead and manage the overall operations of the Marrybrown restaurant efficiently and profitably.

Ensure consistent compliance with Marrybrown standards and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with QSCV – Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value.

Manage and monitor sales performance and profitability.

Control and manage food costs.

Manage manpower and staff performance.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory and stock control.

Oversee cash control.

Ensure food safety standards are maintained.

Maintain restaurant cleanliness.

Manage staff development.

Take accountability for the overall performance of the outlet.
