Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying

Able to read and write in English and Mandarin

Salary based on experience (Can be negotiate)

Ability to work independently & attention to details

Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD

At least 2 - 3 years of experience

Able to work at Puchong, Selangor

Posses own transport

Support in preparing cost estimates for construction projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents. This involves gathering data on materials, labour, equipment, and overhead costs.

Assist in conducting quantity take-off from construction drawings and specifications, as well as in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) or schedules of rates for tendering and procurement purposes.

Aid in the tendering process by assisting in the preparation of tender documents, organizing and distributing tender packages, and tracking tender submissions from contractors and suppliers.

Support in the procurement process by assisting with the evaluation of bids, compiling bid comparison reports, and participating in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

Assist in administering construction contracts by helping to review and interpret contract terms and conditions, tracking contract deliverables, and preparing documentation such as payment certificates.

Aid in monitoring project costs against budgets by gathering and organizing cost data, assisting in the analysis of cost variances, and contributing to cost control measures to prevent budget overruns.

Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including updating quantity surveying records, compiling progress reports, and documenting changes to project scope, specifications, or requirements.

Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, including senior quantity surveyors, project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

Follow established procedures, guidelines, and industry standards in carrying out quantity surveying tasks, and seek guidance from senior colleagues as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
