About the Job
Support SME Employee Benefits business growth through effective partner management, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of key distribution and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with superior to plan, coordinate, and execute partner-related initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and seamless coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day distribution support and operational activities for business partnerships, key stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth business operations and service delivery.
- Monitor and track business performance, identify performance gaps and growth opportunities, and work with stakeholders to implement improvement actions and achieve business objectives.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with business partners, while ensuring a high standard of service excellence and customer experience.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conduct employee briefing sessions, and present customer acquisition solutions to prospective corporate clients.
- To monitor seamless implementation, including policy enrolment, briefing, policy set up and billing issuance.
- Involve in projects or initiatives that will further grow the overall SME Employee Benefits business.
- To follow up on outstanding premiums and claims recoveries.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
We are looking for people with
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization and externally.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Skilled at handling complaints and requests with urgency, maintaining impartiality objectivity.
- Excellent ability to communicate, present, persuade and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to assess client needs, provide quality services and uphold high standards.
- Self-motivated, resilient and capable of thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
