Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail, experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage

Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant customer service/sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and customer-oriented personality.

Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

Provide excellent customer service.

Promote and sell watches and related products to achieve sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Assist the Head Of Outlet with daily outlet operations, documentation and administrative duties.

Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the outlet, display areas and stock are clean and well-organised at all times.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
