Minimum SPM and above or any related

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome

A minimum of 1-2 year experience in a similar role

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English; good knowledge of additional languages Mandarin will be a definite plus

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work under High Speed & Pressure

Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote various banking products and services.

Meeting Sales Targets: Making a certain number of calls per day, converting a certain percentage of leads into sales, and achieving specific revenue or performance targets.

Documentation and Reporting: Generate reports on their sales performance to track progress against targets and provide feedback to management.

Continuous Learning: From time to time need to stay updated on changes in the industry, product offerings, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development
