Job Title

Forward Deployed Engineer

Salary

Top-of-market compensation.

Location

Singapore, on-site. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Company Description

The client is backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors and is expanding across the world: live in 35+ countries with around 650 people, and a local team in every market it deploys in. It helps large enterprises accelerate AI adoption to unlock their full potential, combining a complete AI operating system with local deployment teams that get AI into production quickly. It reached a $5B valuation in under two years, on more than $800M raised — its valuation went from $2B to $5B in the last six months alone. Singapore is its APAC hub, and this is the engineer the customer sees: the one who makes the product real in production.

What You'll Do

This is not traditional product engineering. You are paired directly with enterprise teams: you learn their workflows, design the AI solution, and build the agents that go into production.

• Partner with customers to find the operational problems worth solving.
• Turn complex, ambiguous problems into technical designs, then implement them.
• Deliver the platform on the customer's side, guiding them on best practices.
• Build AI agents integrated with customer systems and APIs.
• Run workshops with client teams.
• Write production-grade code for integrations and workflows.
• Manage deployments with reliability and performance as your responsibility.
• Test against real data and iterate fast.
• Work with the internal Product and Engineering teams, and contribute back to shared tools and documentation.

Who You Are

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering, with production systems you built and scaled.
• Platform integration experience: APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP, data flows.
• Strong technical problem-solving, and comfortable in front of customers owning an ambiguous problem.
• Excellent communication and a high-ownership mindset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Team-first: this is a small, low-ego, ship-fast team, and chemistry weighs as heavily as competence.
• Great if you have: forward-deployed or solutions engineering background; AI agent or automation work; fast-growth startup experience; cloud fluency; TypeScript, Go, or Python.

Why Join

• You are the technical owner of the account, not a ticket in someone's backlog. First call to production is yours.
• APAC hub seat: Singapore-based, with exposure across the region.
• Join a company that went from zero to a $2B valuation in 13 months.
• Enterprise AI at the moment it actually lands in production, with 40+ locations already live.
