About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping facilities running smoothly? We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Maintenance cum Handyman to join our team at Alam Pesona Putatan.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, routine inspections, and general upkeep. If you take pride in practical craftsmanship, ensuring safety, and delivering great service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant & Management Support: Promptly attend to and resolve any maintenance complaints or service requests received by the management office.
• Scheduled Inspections: Carry out routine, structured facility checks as designated by management to prevent issues before they happen.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear, open channels of communication by liaising, updating, and reporting directly to the Operation Supervisor and Site Manager.
• Emergency Response: Be available to respond to urgent or emergency situations during off-office hours when required.
• Third-Party Vendor Management: Coordinate, monitor, and accompany 3rd-party service providers during their site visits and inspections.
• Repair & Maintenance: Perform hands-on corrective maintenance and general repair work as needed to keep the property in top condition.
• Tools & Equipment Care: Take full ownership of monitoring, maintaining, and safely storing all tools and equipment provided by the management.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in general maintenance, building upkeep, or handyman work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Good communication skills to report effectively to management and coordinate with vendors.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
