• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in handling full set accounts, month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Experience in supervising or leading a small accounting team.

• Good knowledge of budgeting, cash flow and financial analysis.

• Able to review team members’ work, assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.

• ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.

Remark: Salary is negotiable for suitable candidates with strong experience and qualifications.

• Manage the monthly financial closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Assist in reviewing and improving accounting policies, procedures and finance processes.

• Review accounting workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Work closely with department heads, management and other stakeholders to ensure timely month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Maintain the chart of accounts, general ledger and financial records, and ensure transactions are properly classified and recorded.

• Ensure accounting procedures and company policies are followed and support improvements to internal controls.

• Prepare journal entries, account analysis and variance analysis against budget.

• Supervise and guide the accounting team, review assigned work and support junior staff in handling accounting tasks independently.
