Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Plan and coordinate retail promotions, product launches, roadshows, and marketing events.

Prepare campaign materials, promotional mechanics, timelines, and outlet briefing documents.

Coordinate with principals, suppliers, designers, shopping malls, and event organizers.

Work closely with the sales, retail, inventory, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.

Monitor campaign performance, sales results, competitor promotions, pricing, and market trends.

Conduct regular outlet visits to check promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, and campaign implementation.

Assist with social media content, product information, and other marketing communication when required.

Prepare campaign reports, budget records, quotations, purchase requests, and marketing claims.

Handle campaign-related feedback and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.

Perform other marketing duties assigned by management.
