Minimum Diploma in any field.

At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience will have an added advantage.

Computer literate.

Able to work independently as well as in a team. Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented

Must be proficient in Mandarin/dialects to support business needs; Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.

Willing to travel within Malaysia

Develop new business opportunities and establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, address complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products

Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time

Gather customer feedback and monitor market conditions, industry developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

Achieved assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth and business objectives of the Company
