Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Job Controller, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Papercraft Johor - Maukerja

• Job Responsibility:

1. Lock in orders in system – ensure all data are input correctly in system. Check specification, price and PO from client.

2. Follow up project/orders :

a. working closely with Prepress department – issue Prepress Checklist for preflight of files and arrange and check plotters for approval

b. working closely with PMC – approval of jobs to Production; liaise with production team on quality issues or special process and schedule

c. working closely with technical team

3. Check advances vs job bag specification and courier samples to clients

4. Co-ordination with Shipping departments – send Shipping instruction and follow up shipping status to ensure goods are deliver on schedule.

5. Sending WIP reports to client

6. Co-ordinate with Finance department– consolidate all shipping doc to Finance for billing / credit note etc.

7. Handle complaints and resolve service/production problems (work with Production team), explaining, expediting and closure of complaints.

8. New Product study with technical team

9. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Authority :

· Issuing of courier service form & billing – courier of advances samples and accessories

· Generate job sheets, prepress forms, SI in Mercury system.

· Issuing of Dummies request upon client request

· Propose of disposal of finished goods upon client request and HOD approval

· To follow up with PMC on all schedule

· To follow up with logistic on shipments

· To follow up with Finance for billing/credit note

Academic, Working Experience And Skills :

1. Degree/Diploma in Economics/ Business Studies or equivalent

2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience

3. Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft office

4. Possess good communication and written skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
