Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri: 830am – 5pm
• Sat: 830am – 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Administrative work relating to providing patients with medical services;
• Communication with patients and relatives as regards their medical condition
• Dealing with payments/insurance claims with regard to medical services rendered to patients
• Administrative work relating to medisave / private integrated plans submissions
• Communication with insurance company representative, clinic staff, accountants, patients and relatives with regards to claims
• Preparing cheque refunds for patients
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
