Perform QA/QC inspections for Civil, Structural and Architectural works
Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

We also assist in connect the contractor & sub-contractor for manpower needs, especially short-term manpower request.
- Review method statements, ITPs, material submissions, inspection requests and quality records
- Verify incoming materials, workmanship and site installation quality
- Coordinate inspections with the client, consultants, RTOs and subcontractors
- Track and close NCRs, defects and punch-list items
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and Singapore standards
- Minimum 3 years of C&S/CSA quality management experience
- Familiar with civil-work materials, construction methods, standards and specifications
- Good knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures and documentation
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Semiconductor, cleanroom or industrial project experience is an advantage
