Are you a passionate and results-driven retail leader with a strong track record in driving sales, leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Valiram Group is looking for an experienced Head of Stores to join our Bath & Body Works team in Singapore!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance, profitability and overall business growth across Singapore stores.
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure consistent execution of brand and company standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop store management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Drive retail excellence and deliver exceptional customer service across all stores.
• Monitor inventory management, stock movement and stock integrity.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Develop talent, strengthen team capabilities and support succession planning.
• Work closely with the General Manager and key stakeholders on business strategies and new store openings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of working experience, preferably in a comparable retail environment.
• Strong retail leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record in driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
• Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
