Looking for a well-rounded HR role? Join a healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation as an HR Executive and get hands-on exposure across the full HR spectrum.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding
• Administer HR operations including employee records, contracts, letters and HRIS updates
• Support payroll inputs, leave administration and benefits enquiries
• Advise managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee relations matters, documentation and follow-up
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, training records and engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and process improvements

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline and above
• At least 1 year of generalist HR experience
• Working knowledge of Singapore employment practices
• Good communication and stakeholder skills, with sound judgement on confidential matters
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with MS Excel and HR systems
