Role Description The Business Solution Consultant (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This position involves engaging with potential and existing customers face-to-face to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and support sales growth for client campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, participating in campaign planning, and supporting the implementation of marketing and sales strategies. The consultant will work closely with team leads and project managers to track performance, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve business processes and customer experiences. Training and mentorship will be provided to build consulting competencies and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and basic business data.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to understand client operations and suggest practical improvements.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to conduct face-to-face presentations and support revenue generation for client campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist in organizing activities, meeting timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to learn, open to coaching, and comfortable working on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience or demonstrated interest in sales and consulting is also considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed for campaign activities and events.
