Tanggungjawab
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related field) or a related Environment Science/Industrial Science discipline or marketing/business study/ etc.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a product trading and distribution industry, preferably within the filtration, purification, or separation industry. Fresh graduate are encourage/welcome to apply as we will provide an On job/class room training.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Initiative, discipline and willing to work under less supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with local clients and stakeholders.
- Provide pre-sales support to prospective customers, understanding their requirement and specification.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of TK Water Solutions' filtration products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, accurately reflecting customer requirements and proposed solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in filtration technology to provide informed recommendations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-sales support to ensure optimal performance of filtration systems.
