Team Supervisor - Library Operations
Gross Salary: $2,200 - $2,200/month
Job Description:
Oversee daily library operations
Manage staff rostering, deployment and daily briefings
Handle book sorting, shelving, book-drop, reservations and displays
Attend to customer enquiries and maintain library etiquette
Manage library opening/closing and escalate incidents when required
Conduct weekly audit checks
Handle library programmes, logistics and other ad-hoc duties
Working Hours:
AM: 8:00am - 2:00pm
PM: 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Roster: 3 Work Days, 1 Off Day (3W1O)
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Well-organised and comfortable supervising a team
Able to work shifts and perform hands-on library duties
