YOUR JOB SCOPE
Manage and track outstanding and overdue customer orders.
Schedule global orders based on stock availability and delivery timelines.
Work with planners and buyers to resolve stock shortages and delivery delays.
Coordinate shipments, order consolidation, and product returns.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
Maintain accurate order records and support daily reporting.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
️ Entry-level candidates are welcome!
️ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
️ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
️ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
️ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
