Job Responsibilities

A. Client & Sales Management

1. Manage and expand relationships with assigned key accounts.

2. Identify potential business opportunities and follow up with clients proactively.

3. Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to ensure smooth operations.

4. Attend to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support deal negotiations.

B. Performance & Delivery

1. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

2. Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

3. Handle client feedback and issues promptly and professionally.

4. Monitor account performance and propose improvements or new initiatives.

C. Team & Strategic Support

1. Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and client strategies.

2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.

3. Support ad-hoc projects, reports, and assignments as required by management.
