Kerja Sepenuh Masa Kitchen Crew, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,600 + bonus di Gepuklah Selangor - Maukerja

5 working days per week (45 working hours).

2 days off per week, subject to management’s roster.

1-hour unpaid break per working day.

Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsible, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Able to follow recipes and instructions consistently.

Good teamwork, discipline and hygiene.

Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Food Handler Training Certificate and valid typhoid vaccination, or willingness to obtain these before starting food-handling duties.

Prepare ingredients and cook food according to Gepuklah’s recipes and SOPs.

Handle food preparation, frying, cooking and plating.

Ensure food quality, taste, portion sizes and presentation remain consistent.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment and hygiene standards.

Check ingredient freshness and practice proper food storage.

Assist with stock preparation, replenishment and wastage control.

Follow food-safety procedures.

Train and guide junior kitchen crew when assigned.

Support the kitchen team during peak hours.

Follow instructions from the Head Chef and management.
