Ensure clients receive high-quality services and support. Responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client complaints or concerns.
Responsible for developing marketing and advertising campaign strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
Responsible for business development and promotion.
Ensure that facilities are kept safe, clean, and well maintained, and all equipment is in good working order
Ensure that the Salon is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
