Kerja Kerja Dari Rumah Freelance: Senior Paid Media Specialist (Remote), Gaji tinggi SGD 300 di Convert8 - Maukerja

This is a freelance role which I need maybe 8 hours of your time in a month.

We’re looking for a media buyer who is obsessed with the math behind a winning campaign. If you know how to turn cold traffic into high-quality leads with surgical precision, we want you.

The Mission

You will own the performance strategy, moving beyond clicks to focus on what matters: CPL and ROAS.

• Multi-Channel Mastery: Deep, hands-on execution across Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta. You know which lever to pull for B2B vs. B2C.
• The Lead Funnel: You don’t just drive traffic; you optimize the entire journey—from the first impression to the landing page conversion.
• Technical Edge: Comfortable with tracking, attribution, and leveraging automation to scale without losing efficiency.

Who You Are

• 3–5 Years of Experience: You’ve managed significant budgets and know how to navigate the volatility of auction-based platforms.
• Proven Track Record: You have "the receipts"—a portfolio showing you’ve consistently hit or exceeded CPL targets for past clients.
• Strategic & Sharp: You can look at a dashboard and immediately spot the "why" behind the numbers.
