About The Role

As our Security & Vulnerability Management Lead Expert, you will play a leading role in strengthening vulnerability and exposure management across a large, international technology landscape.

Based in Malaysia, you will connect global cybersecurity strategy with regional priorities, helping teams identify exposure, respond rapidly to critical vulnerabilities, and focus remediation efforts where they matter most.

What You'll Do

• Drive vulnerability management outcomes across the region, transforming security requirements and user feedback into scalable improvements.
• Strengthen attack exposure visibility across cloud environments, data centers, servers, endpoints, databases, network infrastructure, containers, and internet-facing assets.
• Lead rapid exposure assessments for newly disclosed, actively exploited, and zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Accelerate risk reduction by combining vulnerability data, asset intelligence, cyber threat intelligence, and business context.
• Improve remediation effectiveness through automation, integrations, and actionable insights for IT and security teams.
• Deliver and enhance security capabilities supporting Security Operations and Vulnerability Operations teams.
• Provide technical leadership to security specialists while encouraging collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Partner across the organization with security, architecture, technology, data privacy, business teams, and external vendors.
• Explore emerging capabilities through proofs of concept and assess their potential business and security value.
• Turn data into action by developing meaningful KPIs, trends, and security insights that guide decision-making.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on vulnerability management experience.
• Experience managing or improving security products and services in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of vulnerability management technologies such as Tenable One, Qualys ETM, Hackuity, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of public and private cloud security, workload protection, networking, cyber threats, and common attack techniques.
• Experience applying security hardening standards such as CIS Benchmarks.
• Strong ability to translate security risks and business requirements into clear technical priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• The confidence to provide technical direction and collaborate across international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent professional English, including technical cybersecurity communication.

• Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)
• ServiceNow or comparable enterprise ITSM platforms
• Python or PowerShell scripting and security automation
• Agile product or engineering environments

• Vulnerability management or cloud security certifications
• CISSP or CCSP
