Patching and change management
Ensure patches are tested and verified before seeking approval for downtime, communicate downtime to all stakeholders, and confirm system availability once patching is complete
Manage Change Requests (CRs) end to end: define requirements, review and finalise vendor solutions, obtain system owner approval, track progress, witness the change and close out the CR
Contracts, procurement and budget

Support procurement, including requests and queries for procurement, maintenance, service master contracts and service charges under bulk tenders
Support invoice verification, budget monitoring and forecasting for services and products, event support, system enhancements, CRs and ad-hoc jobs
Lifecycle and compliance
Manage obsolescence for software licences, hardware, operating systems and certificates
Plan and track technical refresh based on asset lifespan, including GPC/OPC, services and infrastructure migrations
