JOB SCOPE: LOAN BANK DEPARTMENT

• Handle and process customers' motorcycle loan applications through bank financing.
• Prepare, check and verify customers' documents to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
• Submit loan applications to banks for approval.
• Follow up with banks regarding loan application status and approval.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan application progress, approval and any additional documents required.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth loan application and approval processes.
• Handle loan re-submissions, rejections and appeals where necessary.
• Ensure all loan applications and supporting documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Monitor daily loan application progress and prepare reports when required.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with bank officers.
• Ensure all loan applications comply with company procedures and bank requirements.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
