We are partnering with a well-funded US-based embodied AI company with their engineering team based in Singapore.

They are looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer to own the apps, tools, and websites that run their operations: from internal dashboards and admin tooling to vendor and customer-facing portals.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on turning vague requests into shipped products, enjoys working directly with end users, and can move fast without cutting corners on quality.

Job Responsibilities

Dashboards & Internal Tools

• Build and own dashboards for managers and leadership covering collection progress, QA throughput, vendor performance, and delivery status

• Build internal tools for operations and review teams: task queues, review UIs, admin consoles, bulk-edit tools, and lookups that replace spreadsheets and ad-hoc scripts

Vendor & Customer-Facing Apps

• Build vendor-facing apps for onboarding, large-file upload, metadata capture, equipment management, status tracking, and self-serve issue resolution

• Build customer-facing portals for dataset delivery, browsing and previews, delivery dashboards, and customer-specific reports

Backend & Infrastructure

• Design APIs, PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, and integrations with data pipelines, storage, and third-party services

• Own access control for external users — organisations, SSO, roles and scopes — so each vendor and customer sees exactly their own data

• Ship with tests, CI/CD, and monitoring; support what you run in production

Product & Process

• Gather requirements directly from managers, ops leads, vendors, and customers; scope a first version and iterate quickly once it ships

• Maintain a consistent component and design system across internal and external apps

• Write short docs and runbooks so ops and support can use and troubleshoot tools independently

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years building and shipping production web applications end to end — frontend, backend, database, and deployment

• Strong TypeScript and React with modern tooling (Vite, Tailwind, TanStack Query, or similar)

• Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI or similar) and real fluency in SQL and PostgreSQL data modelling

• Experience building data-heavy dashboards and admin tools — large tables, filters, search, charts, exports — that stay fast as data grows

• Experience with authentication and authorisation for external users: SSO/OAuth, multi-tenant organisations, role-based access

• Comfortable on AWS (S3, containers, managed Postgres) and with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform

• Product instinct: able to find the real need behind a request and ship something useful fast

• Fluent with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)

• Clear written communication; comfortable working directly with external vendors and customers
