Our client, a well-established investment firm in the Private Equity sector, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its team.
Working closely with the Director of Investor Relations and Managing Partner, the successful candidate will play an active role across the firm’s fundraising and investor relations activities, with exposure to LP communications, fundraising materials, investor reporting, market intelligence and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Investor Materials
- Support the preparation of fundraising and investor materials, including PPMs, teasers, due diligence questionnaires and LP presentations.
- Assist with prospective investor communications, meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Maintain fundraising pipelines, investor trackers and related documentation.
- Ensure all investor-facing materials are accurate, professional and consistently presented.
Investor Relations
- Support ongoing relationships with existing and prospective LPs and respond to day-to-day information requests.
- Assist with quarterly and annual investor reporting and other investor communications.
- Maintain the LP database and CRM, ensuring investor information and communication records remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence sessions, AGMs and other LP-related activities.
Market & Investor Research
- Research prospective LPs to understand their investment strategies, interests and potential fit.
- Monitor private market developments, fundraising activities and broader industry trends.
- Identify relevant conferences, LP events and other opportunities to support the firm's investor engagement activities.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with investment, finance and risk teams to collect and verify information for investor reporting and fundraising materials.
- Coordinate internally to support LP due diligence and information requests.
- Maintain well-organized IR documentation and records.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience within private equity, venture capital, family office, private banking, investment banking, consulting or a related financial-services environment.
- Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, institutional client servicing or relationship management would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with private equity performance metrics
- Strong financial literacy with the ability to understand financial statements and investment information.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to independently prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling investor-facing information and data.
- Well-organized, proactive and hands-on, with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
